Description
Family ressource Drop-In centre promoting the independence and well-being of low-income individuals and families by providing social, recreational and educational programs at the preventative level.
Services include:
Outreach - Registered social workers provide crisis intervention and connect those in need to ressources in the community.
Collective Kitchen - Community building service in which groups can come together to plan and cook meals.
Early Childhood - Includes a licensed preschool for children of 19 months to 5 years. Family Support Workers are also available to provide information and support for parents.
ESL (English Second Language) - Spoken and written English language skill class held once a week by a certified ESL Teacher.
