What: 

This is a hotline that offers direct emotional and financial support to trans people in crisis. They have many principles such as peer support, harm reduction, confidentiality, informed consent, financial redistribution, and more. This is a peer support phone service run by trans people, call if you are in crisis or if you are not sure if you are trans. When you call you'll speak to a trans/non binary peer operator, full anonymity and confidentiality as well as a non-consensual active rescue (calling 911, emergency services). The lifeline does not provide financial and crisis support via text, email, chat or social media.
